At the Request of Betty she will be cremated and their will be no services.She was born May 20, 1946 in Gastonia , N.C. a daughter of the late Ben Edison Phipps and Bertie Thomas Phipps, She was a retired self employed telephone operator and started both Bowling Alley's in Rock Hill and a member of Alpha Life Church of God Of Prophecy. .
