Betty Juanita "Snipes" Boykin

LANCASTER, S.C.  Mrs. Betty Juanita Snipes Boykin age 85 passed away Wednesday May 15, 2024 at MUSC Health Lancaster.
The Graveside Funeral Services are 3 P.M. Sunday Afternoon May 19, 2024  at Lancaster Memorial Park by Mr. Wayne Snipes officiating. Mrs. Boykin will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband Paul A. Boykin and burial will follow.

Mrs. Boykin was born June 4, 1938 in Lancaster County a daughter of the late James Snipes, and Mary Sowell Snipes, and was the wife of the late Paul A. Boykin.  She worked as Co-Owner of Mac's Lunch Uptown on main street and later Ray's Lunch on Gay Street..  She was a member of Liberty Freewill Baptist Church.

Mrs. Boykin is survived by 1 son Mickey Boykin and his wife Rosemary Mullis Boykin, 1 Daughter Paulette Anderson, 4 Grandchildren, Tina, Michael, Kayla, and Ashley ( Tony & Durell ) 12 Great-Grandchildren Ashton, Hannah, Haley Brook, Dianna, Triston, Jada, Bo, Brandon, Brianna, Brylee, Alice, and A.J. 1 Brother Wayne Snipes and his wife Carolyn Snipes.

Mrs. Boykin was Preceded in death by 1 Son George "Buck" Boykin, 5 Brothers Harvey Snipes, Ray Snipes, Tommy Snipes, Sonny Snipes and George Snipes, and 1 Sister Louise Cagle
