LANCASTER,S.C. Mr. Brian Keith Sims age 49, died Sunday October 23, 2016 at his residence. Funeral service will be 1 P.M. Wednesday afternoon at The Jerry Hartley Funeral Home Chapel by Rev.James Johnson with burial at Lancaster Memorial Park. The Body will be taken to the home of his mother Iva Lee Sims 171 West Shiloh Unity Road for visitation and will remain there until 1 hour before service time. Brianwas born July 29, 1967 in Lancaster County a son of Iva Lee Humphries Sims and the late Benjamin Franklin Sims, and was married to Billie Knight Sims. Brianworked construction with CR Construction Company and was of the Baptist Faith.Brianis survived by his mother Iva Lee Sims, his wife Bille Knight Sims 3 Daughters Jessica Sims, Paula Sims, and Brittany Sims all of Lancaster, 1 Step-Son Brett Pate of Rock Hill, 2 Brothers Timothy Wayne Sims, and Benjamin Sims both of Lancaster Grandchildren include Jeramiah Champion, Isaiah and Natalie Gomez, Rrianna Contreras, and 1 preceded in death Alyssah Totherow.
