LANCASTER, S.C. Mrs. Carolyn Elizabeth Shipman Helms, age 75 died Thursday December 15, 2022 at MUSC Health Lancaster.
The Funeral Service will be 2 P.M. Sunday December 18, 2022 at Jerry Hartley Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Lonnie Brazzell.
Mrs. Helms was born in Columbia S.C. March 29, 1947 a daughter of the late Willie Snipes, and Lillian Mosley Snipes and was retired as a Nurse at the Lancaster Convalescent Center and of the Baptist Faith.
Carolyn Was twice married, 1st to the late Mr. John Shipman and then to Gerald Helms.

Mrs. Helms is survived by 1 Son Joey Shipman, and 2 Step Daughters Geraldine Helms, and Joanne Snipes, 10 Grandchildren and Numerous Great Grand-Children, and her "Fur Baby Minnie".

She was Preceded in Death by 1 Daughter Rhonda Powers, 1 Son Robbie Shipman, 2 Sisters Linda Petersime, and Colleen Stogner, and 1 Brother Lester Snipes.
