Charles Lafayette Baker

LANCASTER, S.C.  Mr. Charles L. Baker age 84 husband of the late Katherine Mills Baker died Sunday May 12, 2024 at MUSC Health Lancaster. The Funeral Services are Private.

Mr. Baker was born December 3, 1939 in Lancaster County a son of the late Turner Baker and Burlee Taylor Baker.  He retired from Springs Industries as a fixer in the Spinning Department and a member of Word In Spirit The Experience, and his hobby was Drawing.

Mr. Baker is survived by a Daughter Tammy Dickerson and husband David Dickerson, 2 Sons Robert Baker and wife Patricia, and Horace Baker and wife Sara, 5 Grandchildren Sophia Hill, Brandon Dickerson, Jonathan Baker, Timmy Baker and Kevin Baker, and 5 Great-Grandchildren, 3 Brothers, Robert Baker, Barry Baker, and Don Baker.

Mr. Baker was Preceded in Death by a son Mike Baker, and Brother Horace Baker.
