Charles Wesley "Sonny" Hancock, Jr.

FORT LAWN, S.C.  Mr. Charles Wesley " Sonny" Hancock, Jr. age 72 wife of Denise Summers Hancock died Wednesday October 23, 2024 at MUSC Health Lancaster, S.C.  The Graveside Funeral Service for Mr. Hancock will be 2 P.M. Saturday November 2, 2024 at Lancaster Memorial Park by Rev. Dr. Trent McLaughlin.

Mr. Hancock was born in Lancaster County a son of the late Charles Wesley Hancock, Sr and the late Marcene Mosier Hancock and was married to Denise Summers Hancock.  He was a welder with Moseley Fabrication, loved motorcycles, and bass fishing.

Mr. Hancock is survived by his wife Denise Hancock of the home, two Daughters Jana Hancock and Kelly Benton Deese, one son Charles Wesley Benton.  Mr. Hancock is preceded in death by a sister Rena Boykin.
