Cynthia Starnes

LANCASTER, S.C. Mrs. Cynthia Starnes age 49, died Monday morning October 29, 2018 at Piedmont MedicaL Center in Rock Hill. Cynthia will be cremated and the memorial service will be planned at a later date. She was born November 30, 1968 a daughter of Mrs. Jean Merritt, and the late Richard Frasure, and was married to Jackie Darrell Catoe. At the time of her death she lived in Fort Mill, S.C.Cynthia is survived by her mother Jean Merritt, of Catawba, N.C her husband Darrell Catoe, a son Carson Lee Catoe both of Fort Mill , 1 brother Rick Frasure of Charlotte, and 2 sisters Karen Tucker, and Gwendolyn Aldridge also of Fort Mill.
