Danny Melvin Plyler Sr.

GREAT FALLS, S.C. Mr. Danny Melvin Plyler, Sr age 69 of Great Falls died Wednesday evening June 10, 2020 at his home. The Family will have a Memorial Service at a later date. He was born in Lancaster County a son of the late Ralph Plyler and Ruby Broughton Plyler and was married to Candy Harris Plyler. Mr. Plyler was retired from Bowater as a Master Machinist, a U. S. Army Veteran, a Master Mason and member of The Hejaz Shrine Temple, he was an avid antique car enthusiast and enjoyed going to car shows, he enjoyed spending time with his family and playing with his grandchildren and great grandchildren, and was a member of Great Falls Second Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife Candy Harris Plyler, 1 Daughter Samantha P. Taylor and friend Brenner Hartley, 1 Son Danny Melvin Plyler, Jr (DJ) and wife Kara, 4 Grandchildren Courtney Borgaro and husband Garrett, Justin Taylor, Marley Rae Plyler, and Ethan Plyler, 3 Great Grandchildren Hendrix Taylor, Lydia Borgaro and Guinevere Borgaro, 4 Sisters Grace (Jack) Boswell, Joyce (Mack) Thompson, Diane (Ron) Wells, and Brenda (Terry) Taylor.
