LANCASTER, S.C. Mrs. Dixie Stafford Snipes age 77 wife of Mr. William J. "Billy " Snipes died Wednesday night December 2, 2020 at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill. Her wishes were to be Cremated, and family will have friends at their home. She was born in Virginia, a daughter of Burnett Stafford and Helen Stafford and wife of William J. Billy Snipes of the home. She was a member of Liberty Freewill Baptist Church, and retired as a weaver wth Springs Industries. Dixie is Survived by her husband Billy Snipes, 2 Sons Ronnie Snipes and wife Angela Laws Snipes, and Rusty Madden, 1 Brother Bill Stafford of Rock Hill, S.C., 3 Grandchildren Justin and Hannah Snipes, and Missy Madden.
