George Collins

LANCASTER, S.C. Mr. George Collins age 84, of 405 Laurel Court died Thursday Morning at his home. Mr. Collins will be cremated and the Memorial Services will be at a later date Mr. Collins was born November 16, 1934 in Chesterfield County a son of the late Oscar and Lora Sims Collins and was married to the late Lillie Belle Bigham Collins. Mr. Collins retired from Springs Industries and also worked 10 Years for Bi-Lo in Pageland, S.C., He was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church, and a Veteran. He is survived 2 Sons Thomas Collins and wife Sandra and Dale Collins, and 1 Daughter Teresa Lynn Forrester all of Lancaster, 11 Grandchildren, 18 Great Grandchildren, 5 Brothers Harold,Bill, James, Alvin, and Jerry Collins, 3 Sisters Beulah Starnes, Pat Ivey, and Wanda Tyner.
