Harold Monk F Cockrell

Mr. Harold F. 'Monk' Cockrell age 82 died Sunday. The funeral service will be at 1100 AM Friday at Springdale Baptist Church by Rev. Donald Tillman, burial will be at Lancaster Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 500-700 pm Thursday evening at Jerry L. Hartley Funeral Home 684 Hubbard Drive in Lancaster. Mr. Cockrell was born September 1,1933 in Lexington County,SC. A son of the late Fulmer Cockrell and Ruth Steele Cockrell and was married to Carolyn Wood Cockrell. He retired from Springs Industries-Elliott Plant. Surviving includeWife Carolyn Cockrell of the home, 1 Son Patrick Kenneth Cockrell and his wife Mandy of Moore, SC, 2 daughters Miss. Deborah Catoe and her special friend Tony Crimminger of Lancaster SC, Mrs. Lisa Greaser and husband Eric of Coppell, Texas. A brother Jack Cockrell and wife Shirley of Lancaster SC. 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. .
