LANCASTER, S.C. Mr. James Dorin Caskey age 90 died Tuesday May 30, 2017 at his home. The Funeral Services will be 2 P.M. Friday at The First A.R.P. Church by Rev. Kyle Sims, and Rev. Mitch Ingram with burial to follow at Lancaster Memorial Park. The Family will greet and receive friends from 1-2 P.M. before services in the parlor of First A.R. P. Church 701 North Main Street Lancaster.Mr. Caskey was born December 19, 1926 in Lancaster County a son of the late Ira Webster Caskey and Della Blackmon Caskey and was the husband of the late Mertie Mae Hopper Caskey. Mr. Caskey retired from Springs Industries Spinning Department, was a member of The First A.R.P. Church where he as a Deacon and served our great Country in the United States Army during WWII.Mr. Caskey is survived by 1 son Mark Caskey and wife Mitzi Caskey, 1 Daughter Dell Caskey Ghent and husband Francis (Butch) Ghent all of Lancaster, 4 Grandchildren, Stacey Pegram, Heather Scott, Amanda Banholzer, and Kendell Caskey 3 Great-Grandchildren, Madelyn Pegram, Sydnee Banholzer and Chloe Scott, and 1 brother, I.W.
