Johnny Hefner, Rev. Thomas Pagues and Rev. Clyde Harden, Officiating, Entombment will be in The Lancaster Memorial Park Mausoleum. The Family Will Receive Friends from 6-8 P.M. Arthur was born in Lancaster County March 8, 1970 a son of James Arthur Pelkey, Sr. and Mildred Dianne Lemond Pelkey. He graduated from Lancaster High School and was a self employed Landscaper, and was a member of Lynwood Drive Church Of God.
