Joann Horton Reynolds

LANCASTER, S.C.  Mrs. JoAnn Horton Reynolds age 87 wife of the late Mr. Derrell Reynolds passed away Sunday February 16, 2025 at MUSC Health in Lancaster.  She was born in Lancaster County January 13, 1938 a daughter of the late Clyburn Odell Horton and Mary Howard Horton.

The Family of Mrs. Reynolds will receive friends from 5-7 P.M. Wednesday evening at Jerry Hartley Funeral Home  684 Hubbard Drive, Phone # 803-285-8000.  Burial of Mrs. Reynolds will be private at a later date at Lancaster Memorial Park.

Mrs. Reynolds retired from DHEC where she worked as an LPN with the WIC program. She was a member of Second Baptist Church of Lancaster.

Mrs. Reynolds is survived by  two Daughters, Debbie Paskoff and her husband Paul Paskoff, Pam Wilson and her husband Harold Wilson, two Sons Timothy (Tim) Clyburn Reynolds, and his wife Sue Reynolds, and Mike Reynolds, and his wife Kimberly Reynolds, 5 Grandchildren, Monica Barnett, Mary Rathel, Courtney Batson, Dylan Reynolds, and Gabriel Reynolds , 5 Great-Grandchildren Karli Rathel, Summer Batson, Charlotte Barnett, Mason Rathel, and Nathan Hammond, one Brother Buddy Horton and his wife Sharon Horton.

Mrs. Reynolds was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a son Derrell Reynolds and her sister Sue Bell and her husband Andrew.
