Saturday September 10, 2022 at Catawba Baptist Church By Rev. Dr. Trent McLaughlin with Visitation to Follow after the Service.Joli was born November 1, 1974 in Lancaster County a daughter of Wade and Libby Oliver, and was married to Jamie Elder. Joli was a Graduate of Appalachian State University, and was an author of Children's Books, and Taught School at Lancaster High School. Joli is Survived by her husband Jamie, her parents Wade and Libby Oliver of Lancaster, 2 Brothers Michael Oliver and Joel Oliver, 1 Sister Lori Oliver Flowers (Rob) of Apex, N.C. 4 Nephews Darren, Dalton, and David Flowers and Russell Oliver.
