Kathy Ann Hilton Grier

LANCASTER, S.C.  Ms. Kathy Ann Hilton Grier age 66 died Tuesday January 2, 2024 at MUSC Health Lancaster.

Kathy will be Cremated and no services are planned.

Kathy was born April 4,1957 a daughter of the late Tommy Hilton and Peggy Small Hilton.

Kathy is survived by her son Daniel Grier and her ex-husband Marshall Grier, a granddaughter Summer Oliver, 2 Sisters Robin Hilton, and Angela Nutaitis, and husband Bruce all of Lancaster. She is also survived by her nieces; Lindsay Truesdale, and Taylor Cooper (Jay) and nephew Chase Truesdale.  She was a Homemaker .

Kathy was Preceded in death by 2 Brothers Ricky Hilton, and Chris Hilton.
