Mr. Michael Todd Hall Son of John Phillips and Marilyn Harris Phillips, Father to Michael Jacob Hall and Savannah Hall. He was a beloved brother to Heather and Mitchell Creech, Casey and David Coley, uncle to several nieces and nephews, had several uncles, aunts, and cousins In NC. He was an Equipment Heavy Operator, Loved to Fish, Hunt, and Ride his Motorcycle and spend time with his family.
