LANCASTER, S.C. Mr. Mitchell Lee "Peanut" Donahue age 67 died Monday at his home.Funeral Services will be 2 P.M. Saturday September 11. 2021 at Jerry Hartley Funeral Home Chapel 684 Hubbard Drive 803-285-8000 Lancaster, S. C. by Rev. Mitchell Austin, and Rev. Kelvin Williams. The Visitation with Friends will be from 1-2 P.M. at Jerry Hartley Funeral Home. Mitchell was born December 8, 1953 in Monroe, N.C. a son of the late Lemuel J. Donahue and Ida Mae Broome Donahue. Peanut as so many called him was a self employed painter and of the Baptist Faith. Peanut is survived by 2 Daughters, Crystal Donahue and finance' Andrew Bailey of Kershaw, and Tammy Donahue of Chester 4 Grandchildren Jacob and Morgan Donahue and Melisha and Cameron Jones. 3 Great Grand-Children Zahkaree Simpson, and Trayvon and Hadlee Mae Jones 2 Brothers, Jerry Donahue and wife Nancy of Murrells Inlet, S.C.,and Ronnie Donahue and wife Geraldine of Raleigh, North Carolina 3 Sisters Dianne Donahue Jones and husband Wayne Jones, Pat Austin and husband Rev. Mitchell Austin, and Cathy Donahue. Peanut was preceded in death by 2 Brothers Eddie Donahue and Johnny Donahue, and 1 Sister Janice Donahue.
