LANCASTER, S.C. Mr. Nicholas Dee Phillips, age 38 died Tuesday May 16, 2017. Funeral Services will be 3 P.M. Tuesday at Jerry Hartley Funeral Home Chapel, with visitation with family and friends from 2-3 P.M. Cremation will follow the service.Nick was born September 11, 1978 in Lancaster County a son of the late Billy D.
