LANCASTER, S.C. Rev. Norman George Dobson, Jr. age 59 died Tuesday February 9, 2021 at his home.The Funeral Service will be 2 P.M. Friday at Jerry Hartley Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Jeff Williams, and Rev. Glenn Ogle, Burial will follow at Lancaster Memorial Park. The Family will Have Visitation from 6-8 P.M. Thursday February 11, 2021 at Jerry Hartley Funeral Home 684 Hubbard Dr. Lancaster, S.C. 803-285-8000.Rev. Dobson was born October 8, 1961 in Marion Indiana, a son of Rev. Norman George Dobson, Sr and Mary Ramp Dobson, and was married to Angie Pardue Dobson. He was a minister at Christian Life Center, and also area Supervisor for 20 years at Kentucky Fried Chicken. He loved the Water, Mountains, and Woodworking. Rev. Dobson Jr. is survived by his Parents Rev. Norman Dobson, Sr. and Mary Ramp Dobson, his wife Angie Pardue Dobson 3 Sons, Norman G. Dobson III (Trey) and wife Jennifer Dobson, Jessie Dobson and Fiance' Daniell Whitaker, and Jordan Taylor Dobson and wife Anna Dobson, Grandchildren, Wyatt, Ava, Madalyn, Aubry, Mia, Taylor Grace, and Jordan Dobson, Jr 1 Brother, Vern Dobson (Rod), and 3 Sisters Guinn Dobson Jones and husband Ernie Jones, Kristina Dobson, and Starla Dobson Osteen and husband Steve Osteen, 12 Nieces and Nephews. Rev. Dobson was preceded in Death by his Paternal Grandfather George W. Dobson, Grandmother Viola Smith, and Maternal Grandmother Katherine Mayfied, and Step Grandfather Jess Mayfield.THE FAMILY OF REV.
