LANCASTER, S.C. Mr. Palmer Cook age 86 husband of Mrs. Betty Cook died Saturday evening January 11, 2020 at their home. The Funeral Services will be 4 P.M. Tuesday afternoon at White Springs Baptist Church by Rev. Mike Hammond, Rev. Ronnie Boling, and Rev. Jason Boling. The Visitation with Family and friends will be from 3-4 P.M. prior to the service in the Church Fellowship Center The Burial for Mr. Cook will be 3 P.M. Wednesday afternoon at Old Neck Cemetery near Marion, S.C. in Horry County. Mr. Cook was a member of White Springs Baptist Church and retired from The Old Iron Foundry of Springs Industries and his last job was at Andrew Jackson State Park. Mr. Cook was born in Horry County August 21, 1933 a son of the late Roy Cook and Iona Coats Cook his wife Betty Cook of 66 years of 3 Daughters Pam Cook Boling and husband Rev. Ronnie Boling of Greenwood, Wanda Cook Hayes and husband Richard, and Brenda Hyatt and husband Bryan both of Lancaster, 2 Sons Randy Cook and wife Cynthia of Lancaster, and Ken Cook and wife Angie of Conway 15 Grandchildren, and Several Great Grandchildren, 2 Brothers G. Roy Cook of Longs, S.C. and Jesse Cook and wife Pat of Nichols, 1 Sister Irene Johnson and husband William of Aynor, S.C.
