Patricia was born April 9, 1944 in Kingsport, Tennessee a daughter of the late Preston Aaron Blevins and Mae Church BlevinsShe worked for Dr. William Duke as a Nurse secretary for many years, and was a member of the Pentecostal Holiness Church in Lancaster.She is survived by her son Preston Catledge and wife Kim Harper Catledge of Dalzell, S.C. 3 GrandchildrenLogan and Alex Catledge and Ryan Hilton, 1 Sister Zula Salyer, and was preceded in death by 1 brother Steve Blevins.Mrs. Catledge is in the care of Jerry Hartley Funeral Home 684 Hubbard Drive, Lancaster, S.C. 803-285-8000. .
