Lancaster, S.C, Patricia Wester Garris arrived in her heavenly home to spend eternity with her God and Savior on March 20. Born in Nash County she was the daughter of Thomas H. Wester and Maudie (Strickland) Wester. She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, and loving husband James Earl Garris, Sr. Patricia (Patsy Perry) to her family, was a faithful servant of her Lord from early childhood throughout her lifetime. She trusted her God and never doubted His unfailing love through many hardships and illnesses. She lived a devoted life to God and family as well as to all who knew her, and was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church in Lancaster, S.C. Patricia is survived by her daughter, Renee Coppedge (Tim), her son James Earl Garris, Jr. (Caitlin), 5 grandsons, 1 granddaughter, 3 great-grandsons; blended family of 4 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren; and many loved nieces, nephews and cousins. She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.
