Clyde Hardin, and James Pegues. Richard was born October 13, 1961 in Lancaster County a son of Floyd Foster and Grace Railey Foster. He worked for Old Castle Mulch Products, and Screwmatics in Pageland, S.C.Richard is survived by 2 Sons Christopher Foster, and Daniel Foster, 2 Brothers Floyd "Billy" Foster (Rachel) and Michael Foster (Mary) 6 Grandchildren, and 3 Great Grandchildren,1 Sister Elaine Reeves (Jim).Richard was preceded in Death by 1 Daughter Jennifer Gorski, 1 Brother Eugene Foster, and 2 Sisters Sandra Starnes and Dianne Marze.
