LANCASTER, S.C. Mr. Richard Owen Parnell age 68, died Monday February 5, 2018 at home. The Graveside Funeral Service will be 3: P.M. Friday at Lancaster Memorial Park. Rick was born September 22, 1949 in Lancaster County a son of the late Owen Parnell and Arlene Weaver Parnell. He retired as mechanical supervisor at U.S. Plywood, Georgia Pacific Plant.He is survived by a son Scott Parnell, twin grandsons, Neal Faulkenberry and Garrett Faulkenberry . 1 sister, Judy Parnell Vincent, and husband Ray Vincent of Lancaster.
