Thursday February 10, 2022 at Jerry Hartley Funeral Home 684 Hubbard Drive in Lancaster with the Funeral Service following at 2 P.M. by Rev. Dr Ray Robinson, Rev. Dr. Trent McLaughlin, and Mr. Harvey Jones. The Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery in Fort Lawn. He was born September 4, 1971 in Lancaster County a son of Rickey and Judy Hartley Gainey and was the Owner Operator of D & N Mortorcycle Shop in Fort Lawn.He is survived by his Parents, His wife Sherry, 2 Daughters Amber Gainey Blanton and husband David, and Katelyn Gainey, 1 Sister Stacey Gainey Hydrick and husband Jimmy, 2 Grandchildren Braxton Wooden and Natalie Blanton, nieces and nephews Tori Hydrick and Caden Payne, Dillon Hydrick and Kayla, Nayeli Hydrick, Brantlee Hydrick, Deacon Hydrick, Matthew Bowers, and Nicole andMegan and Nathan Murray. Jody was Preceded in Death by his Paternal Grandparents Sam and Julia Gainey and Maternal Grandparents Isreal and Lois Hartley and his In Laws Don and Nancy Price.
