Rosa Starnes

LANCASTER, S.C. Mrs. Rosa Starnes age 91 died Friday December 20, 2019 at Lancaster Convalescent Center (Lancaster Health and Rehab). The Services for Mrs. Starnes will be private. She was born September 12, 1928 in Chester County a daughter of the late George W. Gulledge and Kate Rayfield Gulledge, and was married to the late Robert Guy Starnes. Mrs. Starnes was a homemaker and member of White Springs Baptist Church. Mrs. Starnes is survived by 5 Daughters Kathy Starnes Laney, Donna Starnes Byrdic, Suzette Starnes Taylor and husband Larry, Joy Starnes Salat and husband Andy, and Michelle Starnes Plyler, 10 Grandchildren, and 11 Great Grandchildren. She was pre-ceded in death by 2 Grandchildren and 2 brothers Thomas Gulledge and Johnny Rollins.
