LANCASTER, S.C. Mrs. Sandra Stacks Parks, age 69 died Saturday January 16, 2021 at Presbyterian Hospital In Charlotte. The Funeral Service will be 11 A.M. Wednesday morning at Jerry Hartley Funeral Home Chapel by Tony Stewart a friend of the Family. Burial will follow at Lancaster Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6-8 P.M. Tuesday evening at Jerry Hartley Funeral Home 684 Hubbard Drive, Lancaster, S.C. 29720. Sandra was born in Lancaster County a daughter of the late Carl Stacks and Guy Thompson Stacks.She retired from Springs Industries in the Packing Department of Grace Bleachery.Sandra is survived by her Soul Mate Michael " Rooster " Outlaw, Sr. 3 Daughters, Shelley Blackwell and husband Michael Blackwell,Nikki Helms and husband Robby Helms, Amanda Khristmas and husband Tracy Khristmas, and 1 Son Michael Outlaw and wife Melanie Outlaw. Her 8 Grandchildren Katelyn Johnson, Ryan Blackwell, Mason Helms, Seth Outlaw, Kayden Outlaw, Austin Outlaw, Zoey Outlaw, and Riley Cranes.
