LANCASTER, S.C.  Mr. Stephen Carter age 18 died Friday March 22, 2024. The Funeral Services will be 3 P.M. Saturday March 30, 2024 at the Chapel of Jerry Hartley Funeral Home.  The Viewing and Visitation will be from 2-3 P.M. Saturday March 30, 2024 at the Funeral Home with Cremation to follow.

Stephen was employed with Allied Pest Control in Management, love to work, loved Rap Music, his Brothers, loved football, and just a genuine young man that would help anyone, and of the Baptist Faith.

Stephen was born March 18, 2006 in Lancaster, S.C. a son of Brandy Patterson and step-father Ronnie Altman, 1 Brother Blaze Patterson, a Step Brother, Ray Altman, a Step Sister, Hailey Altman, Maternal Grandmother Tammy Hancock and Step Grand Father Jerry Whitaker, Paternal Grandmother Tina Altman, and Great Great Grandfather Hazel Hancock, 2 Aunts, Melissa Drake, and Amanda Patterson.
