Stephen is survived by his mother Pam Mackey Stacy and his father James (Jimmie) Stacy, one sister Amber Stacy and his grandmother Doris Blackmon. Stephen was preceded in death by his grandfather Stanley Blackmon. Stephen always had a smile on his face and he loved people especially his grandmother (Doris).
