LANCASTER, S.C. Mr. Steve Jesse Ghent, age 70 husband of Wanda Hinson Ghent died early Thursday morning August 6, 2020. Steve wishes were to be Cremated and the Services will be 2 P.M. Saturday August 15, 2020 at Jerry Hartley Funeral Home Chapel, by the Rev. Les Thomas with Visitation to follow in the Waterfall Room at the Funeral Home. Steve was born January 8, 1950 in Lancaster a son of the late Steve Ghent and Leila Harper Ghent, and retired from Bowater as a Paper Maker on "Old Blue" and a member of First Baptist Church. Steve Graduated from The Carlisle Military Academy in Bamberg S.C. His Family members are his wife, Wanda Hinson Ghent. Daughter Lenore Ghent Manley and her husband Jo Manley, Son Evan Hinson Ghent and his wife Stephanie Michau Ghent. Son Spencer Harper Ghent. 4 Grandchildren Alyssa, Colton, Emma, and Greyson.
