Sunday Afternoon at Jerry Hartley Funeral Home 684 Hubbard Drive, Lancaster S.C.Sylvia was born December 31, 1945 in Lancaster County a daughter of the late Melvin Blackmon and Mary Lucy Sutton Blackmon She retired from Springs Industries as a Cloth Inspector . She was a very loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and loved all her friends.Members of her family include 2 daughters Donna Fulton Rivers of Lancaster, and Kimberly Fulton Martin and husband Richard Martin of Stuart, Virginia, 4 Grandchildren Adam Lewis, Samantha Hudson, Tabatha Fulton, and Tracy Rivers, and 13, Great-Grandchildren, 1 sister Linda Pegram of Lancaster.
