Friday January 4, 2019 at Jerry Hartley Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Tommy Howell and Rev. Carl Williams. Tammie was born August 28, 1965 in Lancaster County a Daughter of William Tommy Hensley, and the late Carolyn Mackey Hensley. Tammie is survived by her father Tommy Hensley of Lancaster, 2 Sons, Adam Dickinson and wife Amanda, and J.D. Southers 1 Daughter Amber Dickinson and her fiance Brian Lang of New Jersey, 2 brothers, Tom Hensley and Lee Hensley, and 2 Grandchildren Elaina Lang and Lana Bowers Tammie was pre-ceded in death by a son Jeff Dickinson.
