LANCASTER, S.C. Ms. Theresa Withrow age 60 died Monday September 29, 2025 at her home. She was born April 27, 1965 in Charleston, West Virginia a daughter the late Willis Withrow, and Claudia Persinger Withrow. She was a homemaker and of the Christian Faith.
Theresa is survived by a daughter Markayla Stowers of West Virginia, a son Anthony Shannon and brother Charlie Withrow, two Grandchildren Maddox and Paisley.
The Memorial Service will be held at a later date in West Virginia.
